MODULE 01 / SUPERVISION

Clinical supervision for the long game.

Board-approved supervision that respects your licensure clock and your career arc. We use Motivational Interviewing as the spine of our supervision style, supervisees lead, the supervisor evokes, because that's the kind of clinician we want walking out the door at the end of two years.

Who we supervise

  • LPC-Associates. Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling supervision toward LPC licensure.
  • LADAC-In-Training. ASBEADAC addictions supervision toward LADAC.
  • Newly licensed LPC / LCSW / LMFT, case consultation supervision after independent licensure.
  • Counseling supervisors, supervisor-of-supervisor consultation through MI lens.
  • DOT SAP-track clinicians, pathway supervision for clinicians moving into DOT SAP work.

Format

  • · Individual supervision, one hour, weekly or biweekly
  • · Group supervision, two hours, biweekly, capped at six supervisees
  • · Hybrid. Fayetteville in person + Google Meet
  • · Recordings reviewed (when permitted) for skill coding and feedback
  • · Documentation provided in the format your board requires

Pricing

Individual supervision: $90/hour. Group supervision: $55/supervisee/two hours. Sliding scale available for supervisees in non-profit or rural agency settings, inquire.
